Marie L. "Ella" (Doucette) Hubbard of Reading, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2009 at Woburn Nursing Center in Woburn. She was 99 years of age.
Born in Nova Scotia, Canada, Marie was the daughter of the late Eva and Norman Doucette. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend and will be missed by all.
Marie was the beloved wife of the late Delfis J. Hubbard. She was the loving sister of Althea Petkewich, Eva Meuse and the late Byron Doucette, Laura White, Abel Doucette, Isodore Doucette, Minnie Meuse and Walter Doucette. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Friday at 8 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Marie's life in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill Street, Reading at 9 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Thursday from 4-7 pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot on Linden St. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
