Marjorie A. (Myers) Sanford

 

Marge was a graduate of Medford High School Class of 1953. In 1955 Marge married her husband Paul and raised their three children. After the children were in school, she worked as a secretary at the Swan Elementary School and later at the Roberts Junior High School. She was beloved by all the students and teachers who knew her. Marge spent her summer months in York Beach, Maine where she enjoyed many good times with family and friends. Family was the most important thing to Marge. She was energetic, loving and caring to all she knew, always at the center of all events. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and
friend, she lit up a room by her presence. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

 

Marjorie is the beloved wife of the late Paul Sanford who passed away 2 years ago almost to the day. She is the cherished mother of Debra Hanson and her husband Doug, Paula Breen and the late Scott Sanford. She is the loving grandmother of Matthew Breen and his wife Yael, Deanna Usher and her husband Sayer, Kevin Breen, Michael Hanson, Ashley Snow and her husband Jameson, Danielle Sanford and Chelsea Hanson. Great grandmother of Dustin and Conley Usher, Kai Breen and Lyla Snow. Dear sister of William Myers, and the late Ruth Chaplin and John Myers. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

 

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with her family on Friday December 8th, 2023 in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM from 10:30 am to 11:30 am followed by a Funeral Service Celebrating Marjorie's Eternal Life at 11:30 am. Parking attendants and elevator available.
