Obituary

Marjorie Zecchino (Molinaro) of Reading, formerly of East Boston, born to Edith & Peter Molinaro.  Cherished wife of the late Anthony Zecchino, Sr.  Mother of Anthony B. Zecchino, Jr and Darlene Z. Stoddard, beloved mother-in-law of Gerald W. Stoddard.  Precious grandmother of Anthony M. Zecchino, III and Michael A. Zecchino.  Marjorie was fondly known as "Marjorie Morning-Star" by her mother.  Marjorie was a "Haute Couture" of fine woman's clothing apparel.  Her fashion sense and unique style prevailed through decades.  She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and nurturing grandmother.  She was an innovator of the term multi-tasking for today's modern woman.  Along with her family she leaves us with many nieces and nephews along with close friends.  In addition, her faithful German Shepherds Shelby and Spenser.  She was an avid sponsor of the performing arts, who also had a phenomenal singing voice.  She maintained a flair for conversation, style, and grace beyond approach.  All services are being privately held.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please make a donation in  Marjorie's loving memory to either "Shriners Love To The Rescue (donate.lovetotherescue.org)" and/or "Massachusetts Vest-A-Dog (mgvestadog.org)" and/or address as follows: "PO Box 48, Walpole, Ma 02081".  For further details, please contact "Cota Funeral Home (978.664.4340)".  Visitation for the Viewing is during 4-7pm on August 31st.  Church Services will be held at St. Athanasius on September 1st at 10:30am.
