Mary Helen (Nickowal) White of Reading passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Meadowview Nursing Care & Rehab in North Reading. She was 93 years of age.
Mary was born on August 25, 1921 in New Bedford, Mary was the loving daughter of the late Joseph and Zofia Nickowal. Mary was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Mary was a dedicated and devoted homemaker. Her family was first and foremost in her life. They meant everything to her.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Elmer F. White. She was the devoted mother of Susan Merullo and her husband Mark and Allen White. Mary was the cherished grandmother of Russell and Angela Merullo. She was predeceased by 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Mary was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service Celebrating Mary's Eternal Life will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 11am in the Chapel of the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING. Visitation with the Family will take place prior to the Service beginning at 10am. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
