Maureen (Vallely) Cullen

Maureen (Vallely) Cullen, of Reading, passed away peacefully on Thursday April 2, 2026. She was 86 years of age. 

Maureen is the beloved wife of the late John D. Cullen. She is the cherished mother of John D. Cullen Jr., Thomas Cullen and his wife Carol, Timothy J. Cullen and his wife Rita and Sheila M. Heffernan and her husband John. Loving grandmother of Lily Camille, Oisin and Ulysses Cullen, Eileen, Brian, Jeffrey and Dennis Cullen, Bronwyn and Eamon Cullen and Paul, Sean and Martha Heffernan. Dear sister of Arthur Vallely and his late wife Anne, Kathleen Abadi and her late husband Ardeschir and William Vallely and his wife June. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

A Funeral Service Celebrating Maureen's Eternal Life will be held in the Barile Cota Family Funeral Home 335 Park St. North Reading on Saturday April 11, 2026 at 11 am. Interment Woodend Cemetery, Reading. 

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Friday April 10, 2026 from 4 pm to 8 pm. Parking attendants available. In lieu of flowers please consider donations in memory of Maureen to a charity of your choice.
