Michael Collins Farren

Michael C. Farren of Stoneham, born in County Sligo, Ireland, September 17, 2014 at age 77. Beloved husband of Nancy C. (Cadogan) Farren. Loving father of Ann Maher and her husband Dennis, Michael Farren and his wife Paula, Mary McDonough and her husband Andy, Kathleen Stanton, Sean Farren and his wife Janice. Cherished grandfather of Rachael, John, and David Maher, Michael and Jacob Farren, Andrew, Brian and Farren McDonough, Courtney and Shane Stanton, Colin and Sean Farren. Dear brother of Sheila Wood, Ignatiaus Farren, and Kathleen Nolan. Michael was a Somerville Police officer for 30 years.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM Saturday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Michael's Eternal Life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 9am.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Friday from 5-8pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants will be available.
