Nancy Ann Roffi

Nancy Ann (DiRenzo) Roffi of Reading passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Winchester Hospital. She was 87 years of age.
Born in Somerville, Nancy was the loving daughter of the late Francisco DiRenzo and Catherine (Cafarella) DiRenzo. Nancy was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Nancy was a resident of Reading for 55 years. She loved her family. Nancy enjoyed cooking for her grandchildren. Her family was first and foremost in her life.
Nancy was the beloved wife for 67 years of Louis J. Roffi. She was the devoted mother of Joseph Roffi of Woburn and David Roffi and his wife Jody of Reading. Nancy was the cherished grandmother of Joseph Roffi Jr. and his wife Amanda, Jennifer McDonnell and her husband Matthew, Kevin Roffi, Brian Roffi, Mark Roffi, Tom Palange, Kirk Roffi and Marlena Roffi. She was the loving great grandmother of Sean Hall and Joseph Roffi. Nancy was the dear sister of Josephine Cafarella and her late husband Joseph of Rochester and the late Rose Agneta and her husband Anthony. She was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Wednesday at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Nancy's life in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St. Reading at 11am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Tuesday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available.
