Ottavio Billy Passanisi

Ottavio "Billy" Passanisi of Stoneham passed away on August 13, 2016 at age 74. Ottavio was the beloved husband of Maria T. (DiRado) Passanisi and the late Anna Maria (Saia) Passanisi. Devoted father of Sabrina Casciato and her husband Anthony, Anna Maria Daniels and Melisa Thorne and her husband Christopher. Ottavio is also survived by Maria's children Lisa and Dana Bottega. Loving grandfather of Matteo, Ottavio, Christopher, Marisa, Christina and Maria's grandchildren Nicolette Sergeant and Maximus Rittersdorf. Brother of Sebastiana Ventura and her husband Giuseppe, Giuseppe Passanisi and his wife Rose Marie, Carmela Pustizzi and her husband Salvatore, Angelo Passanisi, Sebastiano Passanisi and his wife Lois, The late Leonardo, Domenic and Salvatore Passanisi and Stella Saia. Ottavio is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Ottavio was the dear son of the late Salvatore Passanisi and Carmela (Carrabino) Passanisi. Billy was a member of the Appian Club of Stoneham for many years and also served as the club President.

Funeral form the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday, August 17th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Ottavio's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Tuesday, August 16th from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
