Pasquale G. DeMasi of Stoneham passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at his home. He was 86 years of age.
Born in Boston, Pasquale was the son of the late Anthony DeMasi and Rose (Fucci) DeMasi. Pasquale was a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed.
Pasquale was a member and two time Past President of Stoneham Kiwanis Club. He was the owner of DeMasi Meat Market in the North End.
Pasquale was the beloved husband of Rose E. (Clemente) DeMasi for 52 years. He was the devoted father of Anthony DeMasi of VT, Paula DeMasi of VA and Richard DeMasi of Stoneham. Pasquale was the cherished grandfather of Audra, Robin and Tracey-Lee. He was the dear brother of Livia Adler and Genevieve Montuori both of Malden, Olga Lemongelli and her husband John of Melrose and the late Lilly DeMasi. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Pasquale's life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Tuesday from 4-7 pm. Parking attendants will be available. Entombment St. Michael's Cemetery, Boston.
