Patricia Ann (O'Toole) Lane of Reading passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. She was 77 years of age.
Born in Clinton, Patricia was the loving daughter of Eleanor (Ambrose) O'Toole and the late John O'Toole. Patricia was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, neighbor and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Patricia was a dedicated tax preparer for J&B Crosby Accounting Services in Reading. She was a kind woman who enjoyed reading. It wouldn't be anything for Patricia to read one or two books a day. She loved her family. Patricia would not hesitate to baby sit any of her grandchildren or great grandchildren. Her love for her family was second to none.
Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Francis Lane. She was the Devoted mother of Dennis Lane and his wife Anne, and Francis Lane Jr., all of Reading, Thomas Lane and his wife Donna of Wilmington, Patrick Lane and his wife Kendy of Maine, Teresa Smith and her husband Richard of North Reading. Patricia was the cherished grandmother of Michele, Michael, Shannon, Stephanie, Joseph, Joshua, Cassidy and Derek. She was the loving great grandmother of Morgann, Alicia, Abigail, Madelyn and James and the dear sister of Eleanor Welch and her husband Walter of NY and Jane O'Toole of Worcester.
Funeral from the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Tuesday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Patricia's life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 9am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Monday 4-8pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located on Linden St. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
