Patricia Rae Murphy

Patricia Rae (Tardelli) Murphy of Medford, formerly of Reading, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2008 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. She was 67 years of age.
Born in Boston, Patricia was the loving daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Igo) Tardelli. Patricia was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Patricia was the devoted wife, for 50 years, of Paul D. Murphy of Medford, formerly of Reading. She was the loving sister of John and his wife Maureen Tardelli of Medford.
Patricia was the loving mother of Paul D. Murphy and his wife Donna of Wilmington, Susan E. Williams and her husband Scott of Reading, Linda Cook and her husband Paul of North Carolina, Roberta R. Murphy of Reading, John R. Murphy and his wife Sharon of Chicago and Stephen K. Murphy and his wife Tricia of Reading.
Patricia was the doting grandmother of Sean Williams, Conor Murphy, Lindsay Cook, Brendan Murphy, Stephen Williams, Cady Cook, Shaylyn Murphy, Samantha Williams, Michael Murphy, Kristin Murphy, Holly Murphy and Zachary Murphy. She was also a beloved niece, aunt, great aunt, cousin, godmother and friend to many.
Funeral from the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Patricia's life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot on Linden St. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Foxboro.
