Patricia A. (Picone) Napolitano

Patricia A. (Picone) Napolitano of Reading, formerly of Lynn, passed away unexpectedly after a prolonged fight with cancer on September 25, 2018.

Patricia is the daughter of the late Jean and Joseph Picone. She is the beloved wife for 54 years of Angelo A. Napolitano who misses her strength, love and kindness. The loving mother of Andrew Napolitano and Steven Napolitano and his wife Elizabeth, Patricia is the especially proud "Mimi" of Luke and Ava with whom she was blessed to enjoy many years of laughter, and who loved and miss her dearly. She's remembered by them for always pushing for hard work, love and compassion for everyone she knew. She is the loving sister of Sandra Ozahowski and her husband Michael. Patricia is the beloved aunt of her nieces, whom she loved as daughters, Elaine Pannetton and her husband Michael and their children Mikayla and Matthew, and Denise Schille and her husband Andrew and their children Taylor, Jordan and Emily.

Patricia graduated from Lynn Classical where she served happily for years on the Reunion Committee and also Salem State University. A lover of travel and particularly of Aruba where she enjoyed vacationing with her husband for nearly 30 years. She was an avid reader and full of energy, passion, and humor throughout her life.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Monday, October 1st at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Patricia's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the family Sunday, September 30th from 1-4pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and elevator are available. Burial is private.
