WILSON, Patricia A. (McFarland) of Stoneham, August 8, 2008 at age 74. Beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Wilson. Devoted mother of Steven Wilson and his wife Paula, Elizabeth Wilson, Jacqueline Conroy, Patricia Manos and her husband Nicholas. Cherished grandmother of Christopher and Meghan Conroy, Paul and Stephanie Wilson. Dear sister of Jackie Eld and the late Francis McFarland. Loving daughter of the late Francis and Elizabeth McFarland. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Tuesday at 10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Patricia's life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 11:30am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Monday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
