Paul D. McCarthy of Stoneham formerly of Woburn and Medford passed away on September 8th after a brief battle with cancer. He was 39 years of age.
Paul was the beloved son of Irene McCarthy of Stoneham and the late Paul F. McCarthy. He was the loving fiance of Karen Dodge Kinnear and loving father of their children Matthew and Sean McCarthy and father figure to Brian and Kayla Kinnear, all of Woburn. Paul was the brother of Cheryl Rios of Stoneham and Britney McCarthy of Everett. He was the uncle of Maegan and Rachael Rios, Kyle Tibbits of Stoneham and Dillon Barnes of Everett.
Paul was a dedicated family man who loved spending time teaching his boys to ride there Quads and dirt bikes.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Paul's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Monday from 4-7pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
