Pauline J. (Maffa) LaCarbonara

Pauline J. LaCarbonara, of Stoneham, Charlestown and Somerville passed away on Monday April 11, 2022. She was 100 years of age.

Pauline loved to watch skating events on TV and also watch her granddaughter skate and compete. She loved to make clothes for her children and grandchildren and also loved to cook. She was an avid reader, like doing crossword puzzles, gambling, traveling to Maine and going on cruises. She was a member of St. Patrick's Mothers Club in Stoneham and Marie Montessori Italian Women's Club in Belmont.

Pauline is the beloved wife of the late Ralph M. LaCarbonara.Cherished mother of Emma C. Rotondi and her late husband Frank, Martin LaCarbonara and his wife Linda, Paula A. Walsh and her late husband John, Ralph LaCarbonara, Daniel LaCarbonara, Sandra LaCarbonara and the late Paul LaCarbonara. Loving grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Marie Hubbard, Louise Rodrigues and her late husband Henry and the late Josephine Ferreira and her husband John, Francis Maffa and his late wifeFrances, Paul Maffa and Candoloro and his wife Marylin. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Thursday April 21, 2022 in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. STONEHAM (RT28) from 8:30-9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Pauline's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery Medford.
