Peter J. Daniels

Peter J. Daniels of Stoneham, age 72, passed away on Dec. 8th surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness.

A former resident of Saugus, Peter lived in Stoneham for the past 44 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and former employee of MIT Lincoln Laboratory for 44 years. In Stoneham, he was a member of the Bike Path Committee for many years. An avid bicyclist and woodworker, he also enjoyed many other hobbies.

He was the beloved husband of Peg (Feeley) Daniels for 47 years. A loving father of Kevin Daniels and his wife Laura. An adored Grandfather of Kimberly and Christopher Daniels. He is also survived by his brother Thomas Daniels and his wife Margie and his sister Frances Burke and her husband John. Peter was a loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends will gather at Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM, on Saturday, December 14th for visitation from 1-4 PM immediately followed by a service. Interment will be on Friday December 20th at 11 AM at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake St., Peabody.
