Peter N. Prizio

Peter N. Prizio of Wakefield, formerly of Keene, NH, Carmel, IN, Edmond, OK, Stoneham and Reading, passed away on November 16, 2014 at age 49. Peter's passing occurred from a long battle with Esophageal and Metastatic cancer. Peter is survived by his beloved loving and cherishing wife Kathleen M. Prizio. He was a caring and affectionate father to Miranda and Annalise Prizio. He was the loved son of Rose (Uglietto) Prizio and the late Joseph C. Prizio Sr. Peter was the brother of Nicholas Prizio and his wife Janet, Joseph Prizio II and his wife Gail and Elizabeth Argento and her husband Patrick. He is also survived by many greatly loved nieces and nephews. Peter was most recently employed with C&S Wholesale Grocers. He previously was employed with Love's Travel Stops and Exxon Mobil. Peter was devoted to his wife and daughters in every aspect of his life. Our hearts are broken that Peter must go home, but the memories will be with us for life. Peter's strength and determination are more than admirable and they will serve as our courage as we continue on. Peter will remain alive in our minds and in our hearts. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 9-11am in the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. Reading. Parking attendants and ramped entrance are available. A Funeral Service Celebrating Peter's Eternal life will follow at Saint Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill Street, Reading, at 11:30am. The funeral mass will conclude all ceremonies for Peter. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, in memory of Peter N.
