Philip V. Mingolelli of Medford, formerly of East Boston, April 28, 2011 at age 86. Beloved husband of the late Angelina (DeSimone) Mingolelli. Loving father of Linda A. Picariello and her husband Michael of Stoneham, Karen M. Decaneas and her husband Peter of NY and Diane Gateas and her husband George of Medford. Loving son of the late Josephine and Pasquale Mingolelli. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Jr. and his wife Megan, Philip and his wife Jaime, Anthony and his wife Erica, Jessica, Stephen, Marc Picariello, Alexander and his wife Amy, Arthur, Andrea Decaneas, Nikko and Simone Gateas. Great grandfather of Isabella and Anthony Picariello, Jr. Brother of the late Leonarda Caffrey, Michael Mingolelli, Rafaela Chambers, Carmella Rauseo. US Army Veteran, WWII. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Monday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Philip's Eternal Life in St. Francis of Assisi, 441 Fellsway West, Medford at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Sunday from 2-6 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available.
