Phyllis P. (Rotundi) Greaney of Chatham formerly of Reading passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 .
Born in Swampscott, Phyllis was the loving daughter of the late Nazerino Rotundi and Matilda (Guarino) Rotundi. Phyllis was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be sorely missed.
Phyllis had a passion for her family. They were first and foremost in her life. Her love for them was unparalleled. She loved singing and bingo.
Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late John E. Greaney. She was the devoted mother of Patricia G. Barker of Chatham. She was the cherished grandmother of Lauren Barker of NY and Kerry Barker of Chatham. Phyllis was the dear sister of Gloria Cooper of Glendale, CA and the late Louis Rotundi.
A Funeral Service celebrating Phyllis's life will be held in the Chapel of the Joseph Doherty-Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING on Saturday at 11:30 am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend one hour of visitation prior from 10:30-11:30am. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located behind Atlantic Supermarket on Haven St. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading.
