Raymond J. Doucette

Raymond J. of Reading passed away on June 1, 2010 at age 44. He fought brain cancer for five years with courage, grace and a fierce sense of humor and was an inspiration to his family, friends and everyone involved in his care.



Raymond was a gifted and passionate singer, song writer and musician.



Proud and loving father of Alex Doucette of Reading. Beloved son of Doris (Arsenault) Doucette and the late Raymond Doucette of Reading. Brother of Jane and her husband Bryan Batley of Reading, Michael and his wife Carrie Doucette of CA, Donna Nix and her late husband David of FL and Darlene and her husband Jay Tripp of Groveland. Cherished uncle to nephew Jason Nix of FL and nieces Sarah and Rachel Tripp of Groveland and Brittany Doucette of CA.



A Funeral Service celebrating Raymond's life will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am in the Chapel of the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St., Reading. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Wednesday from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot on Linden St. Interment Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
