Richard L. "Dickie" Georgette

August 5, 1954 — August 27, 2018

Richard "Dickie" L. Georgette, of Stoneham, passed on Monday, August 27, 2018 after a brave and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. He was 64 years of age.

Born in Medford, Dickie is the son of the late Louis and Marie (Clerc) Georgette. Dickie is a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend.

Dickie is the cherished father of Nicholas Georgette. Loving brother of Roger Georgette and his wife Kathleen, Robert Georgette and his wife Paula and Yvonne Buswell and her husband John. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

One of Dickie's favorite places was Frye Island on Sebago Lake in Maine. It was the place he enjoyed most and held wonderful memories for him. He enjoyed riding his Harley and spending time with his family and his beloved son. He was a friend to everyone and will be missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Friday August 31, 2018 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Dickie's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am.

In lieu of flowers , please consider donations in memory of Dickie to be made to Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
