Richard Anthony Scali

Richard Anthony Scali of Stoneham passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 12th, 2026. He is 88 years of age.

Born on Tuesday, February 23, 1937 in Somerville, Richard is the loving son of the late Nicholas Scali and Annie (Magliozzi) Scali. Richard is a warm, kind, gentle & loyal son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be deeply missed.

Richard is the beloved husband of the late Barbara (Crowley) Scali. He is the devoted father of Joyce (Scali) Mackiewicz and her husband John A. and Karen (Scali) Bragalone and her husband Joe. Richard is the cherished grandfather of Kayla Marie Lentz and her husband Jake, Joey Bragalone, Nick Bragalone and Jenna Paige Bragalone. He is the dear brother of Elizabeth “Betty” Fulginiti and Robert Scali. Richard is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Richard’s Family on Friday, February 20th from 10am – 1pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM. Parking attendants and elevator are available.

A Funeral Service celebrating Richard’s Eternal life will be held on Friday, February 20th at 1pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
