Robert B. "Bosh" Corrado of Stoneham, formerly of Medford, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at his home. He was 88 years of age.
Born on July 3, 1926 in Revere, Bosh was the loving son of the late Benjamin Corrado and Rose (DeRocco) Corrado. Bosh was a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Bosh was a US Army Veteran and a Medford Police Officer for 32 years. He loved to play cards and do magic tricks.
Robert was the beloved husband of Janis E. (Barretto) Corrado. He was the devoted father of Anthony Corrado and his wife Lisa, Angela Delmonte and her husband Don and Robert Corrado Jr. The caring step father of Michael DiGiacomo, Bosh was the cherished grandfather of Michelle and Billy Blanco. He was the loving great grandfather of Bella Blanco and the dear brother of the late Henry "Hank" Corrado and his surviving wife Pat and Rita Corrado. He was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service Celebrating Bosh's Eternal Life will be held on Friday, January 30th, 2015 at 11am. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend. Visitation with the family will be held prior to the Service, beginning at 10am. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
