Robert E. Hanifan

Robert E. Hanifan, of Stoneham, beloved husband of the late Beverly (Donnelly) Hanifan, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.

Devoted father of Donna Mills and her husband David, Debra Duffy and Linda Hanifan. Cherished grandfather of Robert Duffy and his wife Caitlin, Brianne DiPersio and her husband Christopher, Gregory Mills and his partner Talita Araujo and Ryan Mills and great grandfather of Lucy Duffy, Brayden Duffy, Louis DiPersio, Angelo DiPersio and Benjamin Mills. Beloved son of the late Eugene and Helen (Murphy) Hanifan. Loving brother of the late Joan Murphy, Donald Hanifan and Charles Hanifan. He was also the uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Robert's family at the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St., Stoneham, on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 11am to 1:30pm. Immediate following visitation, a funeral service celebrating Robert's Eternal Life will be held at the funeral home at 1:30pm. Interment will be held privately.
