Romano, Robert R. –Of Reading, May 5 ^th . Beloved husband of Marie (Diglio). Son of the late Joseph and Rose Romano. Brother of Ernest Romano of North Andover, Joseph Romano and Edward Romano both of FL and the late Ferdinand Romano. Brother-in-law of Frances Diglio and her companion Daniel Callahan of Revere. Bob was also the much loved uncle of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and is also survived by countless friends. Bob was retired from Raytheon after 36 years with the company. He enjoyed gardening and was a handy woodworker. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass for Robert on Wednesday, May 10 ^th in St. Athanasius Church, 330 Haverhill St. at 10:30am.
