Dolber, Robert C. "Bob" Sr. -of Reading, formerly of Charlestown, May 2nd. Beloved husband of the late Katherine (Carrigan), who he shared 55 years of marriage. Father of Gail Dolber of Reading, Robert Jr. and his wife Daina of Billerica, Karen Burke and her husband Ralph of Dracut and William Dolber of Billerica. Grandfather of ten. A Funeral Service will be held for Bob in the Funeral Home on Thursday May 5th at 11am. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 4-7pm. Interment Wood End Cemetery, Reading. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's name to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472. Bob served his country proudly in the USMC during WWII and Korean Wars. Bob enjoyed his annual vacation to New Found Lake in the White Mountains of NH, loved reading, anything veterans related but was most happy spending time with his grandchildren .
