Roberta A. Greenwood, of Stoneham, formerly of Woburn, passed away on Friday July 27, 2012 at Aberjona Nursing Center in Winchester. She was 70 years old.
Born in Boston, Roberta was the loving daughter of the late John P. Greenwood and Sarah (King) Greenwood and the grand daughter of the late Frederick H. Greenwood and Mary Ann (Connolly).
Roberta was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her smile reflected the many friendships she made throughout the years. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Roberta was the loving mother of Jeffrey Greenwood and his wife Carla of Stoneham. She was the grandmother of Domenic and Marco. Roberta was the dear sister of Robert Greenwood and his wife Donna of New Hampshire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM on Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Roberta's Eternal Life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am.
Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Monday from 4-8pm in the funeral home. Valet parking is available.
