Ronald Ray Buckner

Ronald Ray "Bucky" Buckner of Reading passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2024.  He is 73 years of age.

Born on Thursday, October 12, 1950 in Richmond, Virginia, Bucky is the loving son of the late Little Berry Powell and Gwendolyn (Britt) Buckner.  Bucky was later adopted by James Buckner.  Bucky was a warm, kind, gentle, loving man.  He was the best husband, father, brother, brother-in-law & friend.  He will be forever missed and loved.

Bucky is the beloved husband for 53 years of Kathleen (Nickerson) Buckner.  He is the devoted father of Joshua Wingate and his wife Trisha.  The dear brother of Jeff Buckner and his wife Debbie, Kris Montague and her late husband Bill, Douglas Buckner and his wife Kim and Jenni Simpson and her husband Scott, Bucky is the cherished brother-in-law of Kathleen Nickerson.  He is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
