Ronald E. Forgitano

Ronald E. Forgitano, of Methuen, passed away peacefully on Friday November 11, 2022. He was 81 year of age.

Born in Everett, Ronald is the son of the late Domenic and Rose (Moreschi) Forgitano. Ronald is a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.

For those who didn’t know Ron, he could be described as a devoted family man, a wise cracker and the hardest working man we knew.

Ron met his beloved bride, Gloria at 15 years old. Finally at 19 years old, they begin their forever adventure. They had two doting daughters that Ron adored. They truly were daddy’s girls. Even though they were girls, Ron also taught them to be fiercely strong. Ron demonstrated the importance of loyalty and hard work by working at the same company, Gillette, for many years.

After he retired, he spent his years with his grandkids and great grandson. Many adventures and trips were had over the years, and you better believe that Ron has them all documented on a VHS tape.

Ron was never one to turn down a practical joke, or a pumpkin whoopie pie. He loved attending the Big E in the fall, and would always bring his family on some adventure to a place he found on a brochure at a rest stop.

The mark Ron had left on this world will be seen for many years to come. The courage and strength that Ron moved with daily will be the same inspiration his grieving family can use to make it through losing their patriarch. Ronald, Ronnie, Ron, Grampy, Stinkasaurus. We were beyond blessed to have you, we love you and miss you!

Ronald is the beloved husband of Gloria (Chuisa) Forgitano. He is the cherished father of Sharon Forgitano and Jill Forgitano. Loving grandfather of Shannon and Lexie Porter, Haley Griffin and Jesse Gauvain and his wife Savannah and great grandfather of Domenic Ricci. He is the dear brother of the late Richard Forgitano and his late wife Dolly. Brother in law of the late Charlie Chuisa and his surviving wife Dory Chuisa.  Uncle of Debbie, Joey, Nicky, Lenny, Lisa and her fiance JR, Chuckie and the late Richard Jr. Great uncle of Kiara, Daylin, and D'Marhi.
