ROSE A. ALESSI
Rose Ann Alessi (Anzaldi) of Stoneham formerly of East Boston passed away on Sunday June 30, 2002. She was 86 years of age.
Born in Boston, Mrs. Alessi was a resident of East Boston moving to Stoneham in 1941.
Rose had many hobbies she enjoyed. She loved the outdoors and was an avid camper when she was younger. She loved to cook and clean her house. When she wasn't busy, she loved listening to music, especially opera. Rose loved being with people. Her warm and friendly smile reflected the wonderful friendships she made over the years. She will be missed by all.
Rose was the devoted wife of 52 years to Bartholomew Alessi. She was the beloved aunt of Domenic Zagami, William Anzaldi, and Lucey Anzaldi. She was the devoted sister of Angela Anzaldi of Stoneham and Guy Anzaldi of Revere.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend an hour of visitation at the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (Rte. 28) STONEHAM on Wednesday morning from 9-10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 11a.m. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
