Rose T. (Arsenault) Houle of Reading, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading. She was 92 years of age.





Born on October 21, 1915, Rose was the loving daughter of the late John and Matilda Arsenault. Rose was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed.





Rose was the beloved wife of the late Leo J Houle Sr. She is survived by her children, Robert Houle of Wilmington, Jane Horton of Pepperell and John Houle of Norwood. Rose was pre deceased by her son Leo J. Houle Jr. of Provincetown, and her daughter, Ann Bilodeau of Reading.





Rose is also survived by her uncle Bernard Doucette of Wakefield, her sisters Anna Colanino of Stoneham, Jean Donovan of Salisbury, Agnes McDonald of Brookfield, NH, and her brothers James Arsenault of North Reading, David Arsenault of Peabody, Walter Arsenault of Andover, Rose was also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Rita Arsenault of North Reading and her brothers Lawrence and Leo Arsenault of Reading.





Rose resided with her grandsons Steven, Michael, John and Daniel Bilodeau of Reading. She also leaves 7 additional grandchildren, Lisa Gropman of Nashua, NH, Robert Houle of Alaska, Katie Houle of Wilmington, Robert and Thomas Horton of Pepperell, Brian and John Houle of Norwood.





Funeral from the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Saturday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Rose's life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 9am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Friday from 4 to 8pm. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading.
