Rosemary T. (Holland) Burke

Rosemary T. (Holland), Burke of Melrose, passed away peacefully with family members by her side on December 10. Beloved wife of John F. Burke. Loving mother John and his wife Helen of MD, the late Dennis and his wife Theresa Melnikas and her husband Andrew of North Andover, Joseph and his wife Lisa of North Andover, Stephen and his wife Karen of North Andover, Matthew and his wife Colleen of Woburn, Maureen Wozniak and her husband Matthew of CO, Julie Gage and her husband Mark of Melrose and the late Jeanne Burke. Also survived by 25 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and predeceased by grandchildren Allison and Kevin Burke. Rosemary was the beloved sister of Joseph (Charlie) Holland of Billerica, John Holland of Walpole and the late Denise (Holland) Bussiere of Waltham.

Rosemary had retired after serving as the chaplain at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Wednesday December 14th from 4-8pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St., (RT 28) STONEHAM.

A funeral mass celebrating Rosemary's eternal life will held Thursday December 15 in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Burial to follow Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
