Ryan F. Dyment, 41 of Reading, passed away on Friday, October 19th, 2018.
Ryan grew up in Reading where he attended Birch Meadow Elementary, Coolidge Middle School, and was a 1995 graduate of Reading Memorial High School. Ryan was a talented athlete, an all-star baseball player, and had a deep love for hockey. His competitive drive and gifted hockey skills led the former Senior Reading Rocket Captain to the title of MVP in All-Scholastic hockey for the Middlesex League in 1995.
Ryan went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree in 1999 from Babson College where he continued to play 4 years of collegiate hockey with the Babson Beavers. In his adult life, Ryan enjoyed fishing, history, music, coaching youth hockey, and going for motorcycle rides alongside his brother, cousin, and father. He was a teacher by nature and very knowledgeable in all aspects of life. Always quick-witted, his smile was the biggest and brightest in the room. He was a kind and compassionate soul and the best friend you could want by your side. His greatest joy came from spending time with his two boys and his family. He will be truly missed by his loving family and friends.
Ryan is the devoted father of William and Drew Dyment and husband of Lindsay (Dade) Dyment. Loving son of William and Nancy (Gent) Dyment, cherished brother of Christopher Dyment and his wife Erica, and uncle of Samantha and Jackson Dyment.
