Salvatore J. "Papa" Buccheri

Salvatore J. "Papa" Buccheri, of Methuen, formerly of Everett passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at High Pointe Hospice House. He was 91 years of age.

Born on December 14, 1927 in Boston, Salvatore is the loving son of the late Joseph Buccheri and Mary (Miraglia) Buccheri. Salvatore is a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Papa is the beloved husband of Rita L. (Accettullo) Buccheri. He is the devoted father of Anna Marie Briggs and her husband Bill and Karen Eaves and her husband Ralph. The cherished grandfather of Michael Briggs, Sarah and Madeline Eaves, Papa is the loving brother of Richard Buccheri and his wife Carol, John Buccheri and his wife Cheryl, the late Anthony Buccheri and his late wife Bunny, the late George Buccheri and his surviving wife Eileen, and the late Robert Buccheri. He is also the uncle to many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Salvatore's and Rita's Family Wednesday, April 24th from 8 am to 9:30 in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Salvatore's and Rita's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Parking attendants and elevator are available.

Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
