Salvatore C. Nardella
June 22, 1933 — October 25, 2012
Salvatore C. Nardella, of Stoneham, passed away on Thursday October 25, 2012 at the Ledgewood Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center in Beverly. He was 79 years of age.
Salvatore was the beloved husband of Irene (Santarlasci) Nardella. He was the devoted father of Roseann Reinold and her husband Keith of Beverly and the late Michael Nardella. Salvatore was the cherished grandfather of Kimberly, Joseph & Troy. He was the dear brother of the late Louis Nardella, Benedetto Nardella and Vincenza Petrucelli. Salvatore was the brother in law of Mamie Nardella, Vicky Nardella, Doris Giurleo and her husband Nick. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
During the Korean Conflict Salvatore proudly defended our freedom by serving in the United States Army.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Monday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Salvatore's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Sunday from 2-5pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment with Military Honors will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
