PHELAN, Sheila A. (Nelligan) of Reading, formerly of Somerville, February 5, 2005. Beloved wife of Richard Phelan. Devoted mother of Richard K. Phelan of Billerica, Sheila A. Phelan of Reading, Michael R. Phelan of Winchester and Brian Phelan of Wakefield. Cherished grandmother of Shannon, Noelle, Kati, Michael, Ryan and Anthony. Dear sister of Anne Nelligan of Somerville and Margaret Fleming of Reading. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Joseph Doherty-Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Thursday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Sheila's life in St. Agnes Church 186 Woburn St. READING at 9am.
