Stephen P. Scullin

Stephen P. Scullin, 64, beloved husband of Denise (Coakley) Scullin, passed away on Sunday, April 16th at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. Born in Cambridge, he is the son of the late John and Mildred (Lonergan) Scullin.

Stephen grew up in Stoneham and was a graduate of Stoneham High School, class of 1970. He was a United States Navy Veteran and was a proud member of the Seabees. Stephen enjoyed fishing, watching westerns and having football parties in the garage.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother that will truly be missed. In addition to his wife of 37 years, Denise, he is survived by two daughters: Andrea Scullin and Laura Adams and her husband Misbau; two grandchildren: Sean O'Neill and Amira Adams; five siblings: John Scullin and his wife Sandra, Patricia White, Theresa Boulay, William Scullin and his wife Carol and Mary Crowley and her husband Matt; along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Doherty- Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden Street, READING, on Friday, April 21st, at 9:30am, followed by a funeral mass celebrating Stephen's Eternal Life in Saint Agnes Church, 186 Woburn Street, Reading at 10:30am.
Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Thursday, April 20th from 4pm to 8pm at the funeral home. Parking attendants available.
