Susannah Abbott

October 27, 1916 — January 22, 2005

Susannah (Powell) Abbott of Stoneham passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at Arnold House in Stoneham. She was 88 years of age.





Born in Victoria Carbonear, Newfoundland, Susannah was the beloved daughter of the late Nicholas Powell and Maryanne (Burke) Powell. Susannah was a loving and caring daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all.





Susannah was a dedicated Secretary for the Carpenter's Union for many years. She was devoted to her family. They were first and foremost in her life.





Susannah was the wife of the late Llewellyn Reginald Abbott. She was the beloved mother of Nancy Jean Lo Sciuto and her husband Robert of Stoneham and the cherished grandmother of Robert Lo Sciuto of Bradford and Heather Lo Sciuto of Stoneham. Susannah was the dear sister of Margaret Clarke of Toronto, Canada, Marion Carnie of Toronto, Canada, and the late Albert Powell of Newfoundland and Ella Raymond of St. John, New Brunswick.





A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday at 11am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Tuesday 2-4&6-9pm. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
