Sylvia (D'Ambrosio) of Stoneham passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2006 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. She was 76 years of age.
Born in Somerville, Sylvia was the loving daughter of the late Maurice D'Ambrosio and Sylvia (Souza) D'Ambroiso. Sylvia was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend. She will be missed by all.
Sylvia was the beloved wife of John Zaccardi. She was the devoted mother of John Zaccardi III of Stoneham. Sylvia was the dear sister of Phyllis Smith and her husband Bill of North Reading, Irene Fullilove of Andover, Robert D'Ambrosio of Malden and Maurice D'Ambrosio of New York. She was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Sylvia's life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Thursday 7-9pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
