Theresa M. (Cooke) Sherman

Theresa M. (Cooke) Sherman, 49, beloved wife of the late Christopher Sherman, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 at Lowell General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Dorchester, she is the loving daughter of Martin and Joyce (Martin) Cooke.
Theresa grew up in Stoneham and was a graduate of Stoneham High School, class of 1990. She also earned her Associate's Degree from Middlesex Community College in education, receiving High Honors. For many years, Theresa worked as a special education teacher at Dewing Elementary School in Tewksbury. She enjoyed doing puzzles, being outdoors, camping and spending time in front of a fire. Theresa's greatest joy came from being with and spending time with her family.
Theresa is the devoted mother of Kayla Sherman and Roy Sherman. Beloved sister of Martin Cooke and his wife Michelle and Joyce Cooke. She is the loving aunt to many loving nieces and nephews and is also survived by extended family and friends.
Services for Theresa are being held privately.
