Thomas R. "Bobby" Barrett

Thomas R. "Bobby" Barrett of Pepperell formerly of Reading passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. He was 84 years of age.

Born on November 26, 1935 in Reading, Bobby is the loving son of the late Edward J. Barrett and Lillian (White) Barrett. Bobby is a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Bobby is the beloved husband of Barbara (Cavanaugh) Barrett. He is the devoted father of Thomas Barrett Jr. and his wife Diane, John Barrett and his wife Doreen, Patty Corriveau and her husband Michael and the late Ruth Catalanotto and her living husband David. The cherished grandfather of Nicholas and Caitlin Catalanotto, Brian, Brendan and Bridget Barrett, Patricia Brewer and Allison Walsh, Bobby is the dear brother of Lillian Commins and the late Daniel, Walter, Edward J., Christopher, Mary Alice, Helen and Ruth Barrett and Theresa Brown. He is also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Bobby's Eternal Life will be held on Friday, February 28th at 12pm in the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Bobby's Family prior to the Service beginning at 10am. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
