Born on March 18, 1959 in Winchester, Massachusetts, Thomas was a Reading resident and graduated from North East Metropolitan Regional Vocational School in 1977.
Thomas was the beloved husband of Patricia (Schultzberg) Fallon. He was the devoted father of Amanda L. Fallon and Thomas J. Fallon III of Port Orchid Washington. Thomas was the loving son of Janet R. (Maclean) Milne of Bothell, Washington, and the late Thomas J. Fallon Sr. He was the stepson of William F. Cryts Sr.
A Funeral Service will be conducted Monday at 10am in the Old South Methodist Church, 6 Salem St. Reading at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Sunday 4-6pm in the Joseph Doherty Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
