Timothy Corcoran

September 4, 1931 — August 14, 2007

Timothy J. "Buddy" Corcoran of Medford, formerly of Charlestown, passed away of Tuesday August 14, 2007 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was 75 years old.





Born in Boston, Buddy was the loving son of the late Timothy D. Corcoran and Mary (Clifford) Corcoran. Buddy was a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed.





Buddy was member of the Boston Police Department Motorcycle Division for 28 years prior to his retirement. He was a proud former United States Army Veteran of the Korean War and past Commander of James A. Logan Post #6800 of the V.F.W. in Somerville. Buddy was also a 25 year active member of the Thomson Country Club in North Reading.





Buddy was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Millerick) Corcoran. He was the devoted father of Timothy Corcoran and his wife Pati, Jodi Corcoran and Sharon Recher and her husband Vincent.Loving grandfather of Nenia, Timothy, Megan, Melanie, Kellie, and Richard. Cherished son of the late Timothy and Mary (Clifford) Corcoran. Dear brother of Mary Clivio, Kathleen Moccia, and the late Daniel Corcoran, Jo Ann Dineen and David Corcoran. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews





Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM Saturday at 8:45am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Buddy's Life in St. Francis of Assisi Fellsway W. Medford at 10am. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Friday 2pm-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty..
