October 26, 1951 — March 21, 2006

Vincent Anthony Guarnotta of Reading passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. He was 53 years of age.





Born in Boston, Vincent was the loving son of the late Eugene Guarnotta and Ida (Amoroso) Guarnotta. Vincent was a warm and caring son, brother, father, uncle, nephew and friend. He will be missed by all.





Vincent was actively employed in the hair and beauty industry for many years. He was very active in his children's sports. He cherished his family. His children were first and foremost in his life.





Vincent was the Beloved husband of Debra Macdonald. He was the devoted father of Nicholas G. and Alex M. Guarnotta. Vincent was the dear brother of Maryann Sheridan of Millis, Eileen Shannon and her husband Kurt of Florida, Nancy Sousa and her husband Allan of Randolph, Christina Guarnotta and her fiance John Concannon of Quincy. He was the son in law of Edward G. and Ella G. (DuCharme) Macdonald of Hampton, New Hampshire and the brother in law of Edward and Debra Macdonald, Scott and Debra Macdonald, Barry and Janet Macdonald, all of New Hampshire, Tammy Macdonald of Wakefield and Laura and Ben Fitzgerald of New Hampshire. Vincent was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.





Funeral from the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Saturday at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Vincent's life in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St. Reading at 11am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Friday 4-8pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located behind Atlantic Supermarket on Haven St. Interment Wood End Cemetery, Reading.
