Violet (Buonarosa) Gregorio of Wakefield passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at her home. She was 86 years of age.
Born in Woburn, Violet was the loving daughter of the late Dominic and Amelia (DeVito) Buonarosa. Violet was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Violet was the beloved wife of the late Carmen A. Gregorio. She was the devoted mother of Diane Wyshak and her husband Michael of Tewksbury and the late Carol Buckley. Violet was the cherished grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 8. She was the dear sister of Milio and Dominic Buonarosa and the late Phyllis DeAngelis, Rose Chuisa, Jennie Saunders, Mary Duonolo and Caroline Pietantio.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Saturday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Violet's life in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St. Wakefield at 9am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Friday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
