Monaco, Vita "Minnie" (Causi)- 93 of Somerville passed away, peacefully on Oct. 27th surrounded by her loving sons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Salvatore; her Parents Joseph and Maria Causi and her brother Salvatore Causi. She is survived by her children Sal and his wife, Connie, of Tewksbury, Joe of Everett and his friend Catherina and her son Nickolis; her three grandchildren; Phil and his wife Meghan of Florida, Julie and her husband Erinn Roberts of Washington and Melinda Monaco of Tewksbury ; her five great grand children; Vincent, Sam, Jack, Lily and Ingrid Kalyn. She is also survived by her sister Ann Santarlasci of Andover and a niece and nephews. Minnie enjoyed attending Somerville Senior Center playing bingo and visiting with friends, she loved to talk with her neighbors and loved to cook.  She was a communicant of St. Ann's Church of Somerville. Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home at 9am, followed by a funeral mass at St. Ann's in Somerville  on Friday Nov. 2nd  at 10:00am. Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-6pm. Interment in The Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Minnie's name to the Hospice house, 75 Sylvan St. Danvers MA.
