Walter A. DeMarco of Stoneham passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Meadowview Care and Rehab in North Reading. He was 85 years of age.
Born on January 11, 1933 in Boston, Walter was the loving son of the late Anthony DeMarco and Philomena (Molino) DeMarco. Walter is a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Walter owned Walter and Sons Transportation for many years. A long time resident of Stoneham, Walter loved his family. They were first and foremost in his life.
Walter is the beloved husband of Joan (Gaeta) DeMarco. He is the devoted father of Anthony DeMarco and his wife Cheryl, Dean DeMarco and Randy DeMarco. The cherished grandfather of Anthony, Cory and Zachary DeMarco, Walter is the dear brother of Dolly DiNapoli and her husband Ernie and the late Albert DeMarco and his late wife Terri. Walter is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
