Wanda Mae (Richard) Chiaraluce

Wanda Mae (Richard) Chiaraluce, of Wilmington, formerly of Somerville, passed away on Tuesday October 13, 2026. She was 73 years of age.

Born in Canada, Wanda shared 58 wonderful years with her beloved husband, Raymond. She dedicated many years of her professional life to Verizon.

Wanda found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved taking long walks with Raymond and their beloved dog, Marty (McFly), spending quiet moments reading, planting flowers and tending to her yard, and enjoyed shopping. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, who held a special place in her heart.

Wanda will be remembered for the love she shared with Raymond, her devotion to family, and the happiness she found in the little things that made life so meaningful.

Wanda is the beloved and cherished wife of Raymond Chiaraluce. She is the loving sister of Gary Richard and his wife Nancy, Leila Devereaux, Colleen Ciampoli and her husband Anthony, Lena "Cookie" Cremone and her husband Daniel and the late Ivan Richards. Dear friend of Yvonne Dukeshire. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Sunday October 18th, 2026 in the Barile Cota Family Funeral Home 335 Park St. North Reading from 3 pm to 7 pm.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Wanda's Eternal Life will be held on Monday October 19th, 2026 at 11 am in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
