Hogan, William F. "Billy" – Of Leicester, previously of Belmont. Beloved husband of Lian (Reyes). Son of the late Jean and William Hogan Sr. Brother of Beth Babigian and her husband Michael of GA, Tom Hogan and his wife Heidi of North Reading, Julie Nichols and her husband Mark of GA, and Linda Flaherty and her husband Joe of Brighton. Loving Uncle of Tommy and Derek Hogan, Cristin Stegemann, Erik Flaherty and Kerry Flaherty. Billy is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends. Billy was a social worker who dedicated his life to helping children. He will be remembered for his radiant smile, kind spirit, and his love for adventure and animals.
