William F. McDonough

William F. McDonough Jr., of Stoneham, December 4th, 2013 at age 75 surrounded by his family.

William was the beloved husband of Winifred (Treacy) McDonough. He was the devoted father of William J. McDonough and his wife Kathy and John J. McDonough. William was the cherished grandfather of Alanna, Siobhan, Liam, Michael, Ryan and Meghan. Loving son of the late William F. and Winifred (Monks) McDonough.

William's funeral will be held from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating William's Eternal life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 11am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 2-8 pm and Monday, December 9, 2013 from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and handicapped elevator are available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.

William was a 1956 graduate of Stoneham High School where he played varsity baseball and ice hockey. Actively involved and contributor to the following organizations: Stoneham Athletics, Youth Hockey and Pony League, Andover Youth Hockey, Valley Jr. Warriors Hockey, Stoneham High School Hockey, Austin Prep High School Hockey, The Governor's Academy Athletics. Member of Indian Ridge Country Club in Andover and Stoneham Red Men and Marconi Club.

Devout parishioner of St. Patrick's Parish.
